Privacy policy
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is legally binding.
This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect on silver-marketing.pl, for what purpose and on what legal basis, and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is SILVER TV Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw (03-872), ul. Zabraniecka 8 L, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number KRS 0000895149 (District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register), NIP (tax ID) 1251718178, REGON (statistical number) 388737731.

2. What data we collect and why
The website has no contact form or chat. Contact takes place by email, and in that case we process the data you provide in your message: your email address, your name or company name and the content of the correspondence. We use it solely to reply and to continue the exchange.
Statistical data: if you give your consent, we collect anonymous information about how the website is used (pages visited, device type) using an analytics tool.
Legal bases: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and maintaining contact). For analytics and cookies other than strictly necessary ones, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, that is, your consent.
3. Cookies
Strictly necessary: required for the website to work properly, always set.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4, activated only after you give your consent. We use Google Consent Mode, which blocks the storing and reading of analytics data until consent is given.
The website does not use marketing cookies and does not carry out remarketing.
You can manage your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer and in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.
4. Data recipients and tools
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf or provide features of the website:
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4): website traffic statistics,
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Fonts): serving the typeface,
- Hostinger International Ltd.: website hosting,
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.: the email service we use for correspondence.
Some providers (e.g. Google, Microsoft) may process data outside the European Economic Area. This is done on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. How long we keep data
We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and maintain contact, and then for the period resulting from our legitimate interest or applicable law. We keep analytics data in accordance with the settings of the analytics tool or until consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
